Flavors may include: plain, whole wheat, spinach, beet, roasted tomato, cracked black peppercorn or black squid ink. Fresh pasta also freezes well!

We make fresh pasta every Tuesday and keep it exciting by offering different shapes and colors every week. For this reason we ask that you connect with us directly for pasta orders. Thank you for understanding!

Fresh pasta only needs to cook for 2 minutes, making it a fast and easy gourmet meal option! Every week we make a variety of short and long pastas.

Flavors may include: plain, whole wheat, buckwheat (without gluten) spinach, beet, spicy squash, cracked black peppercorn or black squid ink.

Store fresh pasta in the refrigerator. Freeze fresh pasta if not eaten within 9 days from the day it was made. When you are ready, cook the pasta from frozen (do not thaw) and add 2-3 minutes to cook time.
