When to order: We make fresh, bronze die cut pasta on Monday & Wednesday based on orders. For shipping, place your order by Sunday. For pick up and delivery, place your order by Sunday for Tuesday routes and by Tuesday for Thurs./Fri. routes.
How to order: We offer a variety of short pasta shapes and long pasta shapes. We make a specific variety each week to keep it exciting for our customers. Choose a flavor, and “short” or “long”.
We use local eggs in all of our pasta. We make our own, organic vegetable dyes for the colored pasta. Certain pastas use local flour from Maine Grains: Whole Wheat (Durum), Buckwheat (without gluten), and Spelt (low in gluten).
