This is our take on a traditional pierogi, featuring local Maine potatoes, caramelized onions, and whole milk ricotta cheese from Crooked Face Creamery! The pierogi dough is more like a pasta dough due to the equipment we use, and does include fresh, local eggs. To serve, toss with oil, salt and pepper, or your favorite sauce.
