Where do we source our high quality, local ingredients from?
We are committed to a strong and healthy Maine food system. We met many of the farmers, fisherman, and makers that we use today when we got our start in farmers markets throughout Maine. Even though we are no longer in farmers markets and moved the bulk of our business online, we still maintain wonderful relationships with those hard working Maine families producing amazing ingredients. This list includes ingredients that we use in our gourmet product line, a Pre-K through Grade 12 school meal contract, and occasional catering gigs.
